Royal Bardia National Park

This National Park includes some of the last remainings of grassland that once covered much of the Gangetic Plains. Bardia is the home o f wide varieties of animals such as deers, ungulates, monkeys & wild elephants.

Rara National Park

One of the smallest National Park but scenic and covers one of the beautiful corniferous forests. This National Park is named after pristine lake Rara which is the bigges lake in Nepal.

Makalu Barun National Park

Sukla Phanta Wildlife Reserve

This reserve is one of the last remaining habitat for threatened animals like hispid hare and pygmy hog. This is an important habitat for swamp deer, blue bull, porcupine, hog deer etc.

Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve

This reserve is one of the prime habitats of Blue-sheep, a highly priced trophey animal. Controlled hunting is allowed with proper licence & in certain seasons of the year.
